VIRAL HUMOUR premiere on ARTE

My new film VIRAL HUMOUR / L'HUMOUR AUX TEMPS DE COVID is online in Germany on ARTE's streaming platform and will be broadcast in Germany and France on 14 March at 22:00 CET.

The film is a chronicle of the pandemic, using the many Tiktok memes, clips and jokes about our response to covid. Comedians and scientists remember how it all began, and discuss how laughter helps us deal with times of crisis.

HOW TO FAKE A WAR trailer and U.S. release

My film HOW TO FAKE A WAR will be released on-demand in the U.S. on August 21st on Amazon Prime and iTunes. In the U.K., the release goes through SKY CINEMA.

Every year, the renowned site LITERARY HUB nominates its contenders for its book "Oscars". They have just put GHOSTS OF BERLIN (written by Rudolph Herzog, translated by Emma Rault and published by Melville House) on the list for "best foreign language book"!

HOW TO FAKE A WAR in Sofia FF competition

I'm happy to confirm that my film HOW TO FAKE A WAR will be in this year's competition at the international Film Festival in Sofia.

The screening for the jury and public will take place on Saturday, 14 March, at 20:45 at Sofia's Cinema House.

HOW TO FAKE A WAR kicks off at Edinburgh FF

HOW TO FAKE A WAR kicked off at Edinburgh on Saturday. The UK premiere was well attended and I'm very grateful that the film was selected for this prestigious event. Thank you to the audience for such a warm welcome & great questions at the Q&A, and a special thanks to the wonderful Katherine Parkinson who was there to celebrate with us.
